As a social justice food truck, we aim to partner with our neighbors to shift and create new food systems. By championing cultural appreciation and collective economic development models we invest in our own thriving while delivering delicious plates of food. While we're in the pupusa business, we originally started as a means to and end to fund 8-10 scholarships per year for undocumented and DACAmented students. These renewable, $1,000 yearly scholarships can be renewed for up to four years, totaling in $4,000 to support our students goals in pursuing higher education. We are seeking funding to get our food trucks back to operational after shutting down in initially in 2020 due to the pandemic, and struggling to stabilize reopening in a shifting and inflating market. As we de-center capitalism and imagine new ways of business and mutual aid, we can ensure all are well fed. 

Our team needs support getting established, and we are looking for a remote, part time, bilingual Admin and Comms assistant. We have three food trucks we need support re-launching! Feel free to email us with ideas or suggestions and we try and build momentum.
