Our mission is to bring people together through handcrafted, woodfired pizza—served hot, fresh, and full of flavor—wherever the road takes us. We believe in community, good food, and the power of fire to bring it all together.

Quality, artisan-style pizza is hard to find on the go. Many mobile food options rely on speed over taste—we’re changing that by offering authentic, woodfired pizzas that don’t compromise on flavor or experience.

The food truck industry is booming, expected to surpass $2 billion in the U.S. by 2030. Canton and Holly Springs, Georgia are fast-growing communities with limited access to high-quality mobile pizza, making this a prime opportunity to carve out a flavorful niche.

Stoked Wood Fired Pizza is a fully mobile pizza kitchen serving artisan woodfired pizzas using fresh ingredients and a custom-built oven. We bring the quality of a traditional pizzeria to local streets, events, breweries, festivals and private events—wherever pizza lovers are.

We’re relocating our business from Defiance, Ohio to Canton, Georgia. Funding will cover moving costs, local permits, rebranding, marketing, launch events, and needed upgrades to our truck and oven setup. Your support helps us hit the ground running—and fire rolling.

We’re a passionate, family-led team with a lifetime of experience in food service and years of mobile events. In front of the wood fired  oven is our founder and pizza aficionado, Ashley Dobbelaere, whose love of fire-blistered crust and great customer service drives the vision of bringing great food and entertainment to the pizza world.
