We teach artists how to develop and sell their own profitable product lines—helping them move from freelance and commission-based work into sustainable, scalable income.
The problem we’re solving is the lack of practical, business-focused education for creatives. So many talented artists struggle to monetize their work or navigate the world of manufacturing, marketing, and product development. We provide the roadmap they need—from design to production to sales—through expert-led courses, mentorship, and community support.
The opportunity is huge. The global creative economy is worth over $2.25 trillion, and more artists than ever are looking to take ownership of their work and income. Pattern to Profit is here to meet that demand—bridging the gap between artistry and entrepreneurship.

Our founder, Erin Minckley, is a veteran of the print and textile industry with 10+ years of experience in product development and design entrepreneurship. She’s joined by a growing team of coaches and creatives who are passionate about helping others succeed.
