At EvolveTCF, we help nonprofit leaders and mission-driven teams grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. We provide leadership training, team development, and fractional executive support—because real impact starts with healthy, supported leadership.

The Problem

Nonprofit leaders are overextended and under-supported. They’re expected to do it all—manage teams, raise funds, lead programs, and navigate crises—often without the training, tools, or time to do it well.

This leads to burnout, team misalignment, and stalled missions—especially for small to mid-sized organizations serving underrepresented communities.

There are over 1.8 million nonprofits in the U.S., most led by passionate leaders who are navigating complex challenges with limited resources.

The leadership development market is valued at $170 billion, yet most solutions aren’t built for the realities of smaller, community-based organizations. That’s where we come in.

We’re seeking $35,000 to grow our impact and reach more organizations that need support now. Funding will help us:

• Expand our marketing and visibility

• Improve client onboarding and internal operations

• Develop tools and curriculum for team training

• Hire part-time operations support to scale sustainably
